AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- Most shifts require a Non-Commission Security License
- Need to get your license??? Let’s go! This guide will walk you through all the necessary steps. Click this link to get started → I’m Ready to get my Security License!
- Contact our Licensing Department for all questions regarding licensing, renewals or adding us to your license at [email protected]
- Self-schedule shifts first (must have a Security License to have this access). Reminder, not every shift is available on self-scheduling, check out the updates page with shift openings as well.
- Always check your Team Xpress Schedule to make sure you aren’t already scheduled on the day you request to work.
- Review shift openings carefully before self-scheduling and/or requesting shifts to ensure you can work.
- Email Requests: Depending on your availability, you may not receive the exact shift time or location you request. Instead, you will be placed on the next available shift time and/or event location closest to your request.
- Subject line: Your reason for emailing.
- Email body: Full Name, Employee ID, & Contact Number with your reason for emailing.
- Schedule requests: Must include the Date(s), Venue(s)/Location(s), and Shift Time(s) you’re requesting. You may not receive the exact shift time or location depending on availability; you’ll be placed on the next available shift time and event location near your request.
- Be patient when awaiting a reply to your requests via email. Responses are normally sent during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Shift end times are approximate, shifts cannot be split.
- Pay rates vary from event to event and are listed with each event posting. Licensed Security (SEC) rates on average are two dollars or higher than those for Non-Licensed (NS/Non-Security/Staff) positions.
- Parking is not always provided. If available, it will be listed with the event posting.
