AVAILABLE SHIFTS

• Most shifts require a Non-Commission Security License (email [email protected] to request obtaining Security License, renewal, or add new employer instructions).
• Self-schedule shifts first (those with a Security License). Reminder, not all shifts are posted online for self-scheduling, check out team updates website as well.
• Always check your Team Xpress Schedule to make sure you aren’t already scheduled on the day you request to work.
• Review shift openings carefully before self-scheduling and/or self-scheduling to double-check that you are certain you can work the shift(s) requested.
• Email Requests: You may not receive the exact shift time and/or location depending on availability, you’ll be placed on the next shift time available and/or event location closet to your request.
  • Subject line: Your reason for emailing.
  • Email body: Full Name, Employee ID, & Contact Number with your reason for emailing.
  • Schedule requests: Must include the date(s), venue(s)/location(s), and shift time(s) you’re requesting. You may not receive the exact shift time or location depending on availability; you’ll be placed on the next available shift time and event location near your request.
  • Be patient when awaiting a reply to your requests via email. Responses are normally sent during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

• Shift end times are approximate shifts cannot be split, can request the shift times posted.
• Pay rates: Licensed Security (SEC) rates are listed; Non-Licensed (NS/Non-Security/Staff) rates are two dollars less or lower. Pay rates mat change and will be listed with the event posting.
• Parking is not always provided. If available, it will be listed with the event posting.
• Shifts & times are subject to change to meet event needs.
